Featuring a bionic quadrupedal structural design, equipped with high-torque brushless motors and an adaptive gait algorithm, this robot can operate reliably in environments ranging from -30°C to +60°C. It boasts a maximum climbing gradient of 45°, can clear obstacles up to 25 cm high, and accommodates lateral slopes of up to 30°, making it perfectly suited for tackling challenging terrains such as stairs, muddy surfaces, gravel paths, and sandy areas. In high-speed mode, it can run at speeds of up to 3.5 m/s; in silent mode, its noise level is below 45 dB. Its special "crab-walking" mode enables 360° omnidirectional lateral movement with no blind spots. Moreover, it requires only 40 cm of clearance to navigate narrow spaces—making it an ideal solution for areas that traditional wheeled robots simply cannot reach.

Military-grade protection performance

The entire series achieves IP67 protection rating, offering excellent dustproof and waterproof performance. It can operate continuously for 24 hours in environments with a relative humidity of up to 95% and a dust concentration of 10 mg/m³. The joint seals are made from aerospace-grade fluororubber, capable of withstanding temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +120°C. The electronic enclosure is equipped with a positive-pressure dust-proof system and features a built-in self-regulating temperature and humidity module. The housing has passed the MIL-STD-810G military standard test, ensuring resistance to drops from heights of up to 3 meters and vibration levels of 10G. Special explosion-proof models have obtained ATEX certification and are suitable for high-risk environments such as petrochemical plants and mines, with a failure rate 60% lower than the industry average.

Multimodal Environmental Perception

The system integrates 18 types of sensing modules—including 3D LiDAR, binocular depth cameras, 360° panoramic cameras, infrared thermal imagers, gas sensors, and more—to build a comprehensive environmental perception system. Point cloud processing achieves an accuracy of 2 mm at 10 meters and can detect abnormal conditions in over 300 industrial devices. AI visual algorithms enable recognition of more than 1,000 object categories with an accuracy rate of 98.5%. Acoustic sensors can capture ultrasonic waves up to 20 kHz, providing early warnings of equipment failures. Thanks to multi-sensor fusion technology, the robotic dog can perform inspection tasks even under harsh conditions such as complete darkness, dense smoke, or intense light, with a false alarm rate below 0.5%.

Autonomous Intelligent Navigation

Equipped with our self-developed SLAM 3.0 algorithm, it can build centimeter-level precision maps in unknown environments without the need for pre-mapping. It supports multi-source fusion positioning using GNSS, INS, and vision, maintaining a positioning accuracy of ±2 cm even in GPS-denied environments such as tunnels and indoor spaces. The behavior decision engine can recognize more than 20 common types of obstacles and dynamically plan the optimal path. The group collaboration feature enables 3 to 5 robotic dogs to work together seamlessly, automatically assigning task areas to each robot. Its autonomous charging technology uses visual recognition to identify charging stations; when battery levels drop below 20%, the robot automatically returns to the station. A 30-minute charge restores up to 80% of the battery capacity, truly enabling 7x24-hour unattended operation.

Modular Task Expansion

Adopting a “core platform + functional module” architecture, the quick-change interface on the back allows device switching to be completed within 10 seconds. The standard payload platform can accommodate over 50 specialized devices, including robotic arms (3 kg), water-quality samplers, radiation detectors, fire-extinguishing equipment, and more. A dedicated API provides over 200 function-call interfaces, enabling developers to deploy new applications within just three days. The power-inspection version is equipped with an ultraviolet imager capable of detecting corona discharge as small as 0.1 mm². The firefighting version integrates thermal imaging and gas analysis, providing early warnings of fire hazards up to 15 minutes in advance. The security version comes with a sonic deterrent and high-intensity lighting, effectively addressing unauthorized intrusions. Multi-task switching efficiency is five times higher than that of conventional solutions.

Equipped with an intelligent energy management system and standard配备 a 10,000 mAh high-density lithium battery, offering a runtime of 4 to 8 hours under standard operating conditions. An optional extended battery pack enables up to 12 hours of continuous operation. Energy recovery technology converts kinetic energy generated during downhill driving and braking into electrical energy, extending the runtime by 25%. In low-temperature environments, a battery heating system ensures that the battery retains 80% of its capacity even at -30°C. The system supports hot-swappable battery technology, allowing battery replacement in as little as 60 seconds without requiring machine downtime or waiting. A cloud-based energy management platform provides real-time monitoring of power distribution and optimizes task path planning. With a single charge, the device can cover an inspection area of up to 5 square kilometers—40% more than comparable products—significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs.
